Legal agreement for Content Creators who use Cast Coin for monetization.
CAST COIN PAGAMENTOS LTDA (“CAST COIN”), a private legal entity, registered with the CNPJ under no. 64.381.840/0001-24, headquartered at Rua Santa Cruz 2187, sala 10 - Caixa Postal 9481, Vila Mariana, São Paulo - SP, CEP 04121-002; and
The USER, an individual identified in the registration, who accepts the provisions of this instrument.
This document establishes the rules for using the tools and services offered by the Cast Coin platform.
Use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all conditions described herein, as well as of current Brazilian legislation, including the Marco Civil da Internet (Law no. 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law no. 13.709/2018).
Cast Coin provides technology to intermediate the receipt of financial support between content creators and their audience, facilitating the monetization of broadcasts and digital interactions.
Registration is restricted to individuals over 18 years of age who are fully capable. Use by minors requires direct supervision and consent from a legal guardian.
Use of the platform for illegal activities is prohibited. BY REGISTERING, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE LEGAL CAPACITY OR EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION FROM YOUR LEGAL GUARDIANS.
The user guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, committing to keep it updated. Cast Coin reserves the right to request proof of identity to validate the account.
Donations ("tips") and product/service sales occur via PIX or Credit Card. A administration fee retained by Cast Coin applies to transacted amounts, per the current fee table.
The net balance becomes available in the user's virtual wallet for withdrawal requests. Fees and withdrawal rules may be adjusted with notice on the platform.
4.1. Refunds and Chargebacks: The Content Creator acknowledges and accepts that amounts refunded as a result of the PIX Special Refund Mechanism (MED), or from lost credit card disputes (chargebacks), will be fully deducted from their wallet balance or from future receipts.
All elements of the Cast Coin platform are protected by copyright laws. Use of the services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.
Cast Coin does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and is not liable for connection failures, third-party system problems or force majeure events beyond its technical control.
The user may close their account at any time. Cast Coin may suspend or cancel access in case of violation of these rules or suspected fraud.
The Forum of the District of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve disputes arising from this agreement, with Brazilian legislation applying.
Rules for users who use Cast Coin to support Creators.
CAST COIN PAGAMENTOS LTDA and the USER (SUPPORTER).
The platform allows the user to interact with and send financial resources to content creators, as well as purchase digital products or services offered by them.
Service intended for individuals over 18 years of age or minors duly authorized/supervised.
Transactions are processed by electronic means (PIX, Card). The user acknowledges that donations are voluntary and final acts, not subject to refund, except where required by law or specific policy.
Cast Coin content and software are the exclusive property of the company and its licensors.
Cast Coin acts only as a financial and technological intermediary, and is not responsible for content produced by creators or for the delivery of counterparts promised by them.
Brazilian law applies, with venue in the city of São Paulo/SP.
